License Agreement
Copyright © 2026 AnyNC
By purchasing and using AnyNC, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by AnyNC (“Licensor”).
1. License Grant Upon valid purchase, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use one copy of AnyNC for personal or internal business use.
2. Restrictions The Licensee may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend AnyNC or any part thereof.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of AnyNC is prohibited, except to the extent permitted by applicable law or required to exercise rights granted by the licenses of included open-source components. In particular, nothing in this agreement restricts modification or replacement of, or reverse engineering for debugging modifications to, components licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
This license is granted per user or per organization, depending on the license purchased.
3. Delivery The software is delivered electronically. Upon purchase, the Licensee will receive a download link and a license key via email.
4. Ownership All rights, title, and interest in and to the software remain with the Licensor. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty AnyNC is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the software remains with the Licensee, and the Licensor shall not be liable for damages (including loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where applicable.
NC code: AnyNC loads and displays user-supplied NC code as provided ("as is"). The user is responsible for the NC code they create, supply, edit, and use, and for verifying it before execution on a machine.
Simulation and machine movements: AnyNC does not guarantee that simulations or displayed machine movements match the actual machine. Missing, incomplete, or incorrect definitions in machine settings or profiles can cause incorrect simulated movements and simulation results. The user must review, complete, and adapt the settings and profiles to match their actual machine, controller, configuration, and movements, and verify the results before machining. The user is responsible for their machines and all settings and profiles they use, including supplied examples and example machine profiles; examples must not be assumed to be validated or suitable for a particular machine.
Machine safety: A qualified person must independently check the NC program, machine setup, tools, fixtures, offsets, clearances, and safe operating conditions before machining, using appropriate safeguards and the machine manufacturer's procedures. Simulation does not replace these checks. These user responsibilities do not exclude or limit statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
6. Termination This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if the Licensee fails to comply with any provision of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the software.
